Orders, Shipping, and Return Policy

Please read our Orders, Shipping, and Return Policy to understand our website’s procedures when dealing with your orders.
We accept payment by Paypal and Stripe.
Do note that you will be directed to the respective third-party payment site to make payment and we are not liable for any discrepancies that occur on these payment sites as we do not exercise any control over these sites. If any error occurs with your payment, we advise you to contact the payment sites to settle the error.
Cancellation of Orders
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made and the transaction is underway. You may read through the Orders and Payment section under our Terms and Conditions if you have any further doubts regarding the terms and conditions of your order
We charge a flat rate of USD 4.30 for all shipping.
Note for international deliveries: All international shipments are registered and possible to track. Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local customs.
Tracking of Orders
For both local (Singapore) and international shipping:
We will email you your tracking number and the website to input the tracking number once your order has been processed. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order.
Actions to take if you have not received your order
Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you do not receive your order after 3-4 weeks, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the product.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after half a year will be deemed as NFTMUSIC.AI’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
Return / Exchange Policy
All purchases made on shop.nftmusic.ai are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Only partial refunds are eligible for defective items (case-by-case). Defective items refer to one that is no longer in usable condition and will be determined at our discretion (excludes color and size discrepancies from pictures, etc.). If your item is defective, please:
- send us an email at email@example.com with a picture of your defective item and invoice within three days
- ensure that the item has not been used
- all original packaging and tags are still attached.
Actions to Take If You Received a Wrong Product
If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we’re sorry! Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your item and your invoice, and we’ll make sure you get the correct product you ordered.
